Private mausolea offer families the opportunity to create a unique, customised memorial building. Selected cemeteries and memorial parks have dedicated precincts for private family mausolea.
A private mausoleum allows you to choose how your family is memorialised. You select the position, architect, builder and specialist stonemason to bring your vision to life.
You have complete control over the design, including the stone, fixtures, finishes and craftspeople you engage. Private mausolea can accommodate immediate or extended family members.
Existing private mausolea at our cemeteries feature impressive architectural details including ironwork, carving, sculpture, stained glass and religious iconography.
