We recently updated our customer charter. Our customer charter explains in clear and simple terms what you can expect from us in relation to our services and customer experience, and what we expect from you in return.

Our staff are committed to working with you – to provide you with the information you need to make the right decisions and to ensure your experience with us is as smooth and stress free as possible.

Our new cemetery maps

GMCT recently launched a new series of printable site maps to assist you in finding your way around our cemeteries.

Visit our locations to download yours. Printed copies are also available at our cemetery receptions and in the information kiosks around our grounds.

You can also search for and generate a customised map of the resting place of a loved one using our GIS mapping system here.

GMCT actively seeks the opinion and feedback of customers, visitors and other members of our community to ensure we are constantly evaluating, benchmarking and improving our services for everyone. We listen to the views of our customers and act on feedback.

We provide a range of options to make it easy for you to provide feedback about our services and experience. You can share your experience and feedback by letter, email, phone, our Facebook page and at our reception counters.

You can also provide feedback using one of our customer satisfaction surveys (available online or at our reception counters) or feedback cards, or by participating in a range of community consultation activities, market research and surveys.
