About Death, dying and self-care with Dr. Tom Verghese (part I)

This session will explore death and its impact. We will share insights and reflect on the impact of losing loved ones, loneliness, forgiveness and self-compassion. Regrets, unresolved baggage and unfulfilled potential will also be touched on. Finally, we will discuss the things that need to be in place for others when we make our transition.

Please note that this session is limited to 20 participants. A pre-session task will be shared with registered participants to complete before the session.

About the presenter

Dr. Tom Verghese is an executive coach and principal of Cultural Synergies, with over 30 years’ experience working in the field of cultural intelligence.

“Working with people from around the world has provided me with a broad perspective. I provide groups with the safe space to be able to explore relevant topics.

This topic has been of close interest to me over the last few years as I find myself in the ageing process and wish to do so ‘consciously.”
